Stage 1 of Sculpture Park Completed; Stage 2 Now Underway

Stage 1: Tarsila Schubert
Stage 1 features a permanent installation by Brazilian contemporary artist Tarsila Schubert, celebrated for her bold visual language and vibrant color. The sculpture energizes the landscape through geometry, rhythm, and motion, creating a striking focal point while inviting public interaction. Schubert’s practice spans murals, canvases, and three-dimensional works that explore the relationship between space, movement, and perception. Her sculpture for the park introduces a fresh contemporary form into Dubai’s public art scene, connecting the community with the city’s dynamic energy.
Stage 2 in Progress
Following the success of Stage 1, SAN Projects and A R M Holding have begun development of Stage 2, which will expand the park with new artist commissions, enhanced landscaping, and interactive visitor experiences. Planned enhancements include integrated lighting, curated pathways, and educational signage to provide context and deepen public engagement. Stage 2 will continue to showcase a mix of emerging Gulf-based artists alongside internationally recognized talents, further positioning the park as a cultural landmark in the region.
